∎ At least Master Degree in HR/Management/MBA or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 57 years
∎ At least 05 years experience in Senior managerial position (DGM) in the relevant field.
∎ At least 15 years work experience of which 05 years experience in the relevant field of power generation / transmission / distribution utilities.
∎ Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in TQM and corporate Governance.
Salary:
∎ Pay Grade-3
Basic Salary per month
Taka 122000.00 plus
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House rent, festival bonuses, recognized provident fund, group insurance, encashment of earned leave, gratuity, medical allowances, conveyance allowances and other allowances will be provided as per company policy. Income tax shall have to be paid by the employee.
