• hands-on experience as a Garments Technologist / Fit Technician in knit garments industry.

• Strong knowledge of garment fitting, pattern understanding, and measurement analysis.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).

• Textile Engineering graduates will be given preference.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good understanding of sampling development and garment construction.

Job Summary

Arabi Fashion Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Garments Technologist / Fit Technician with strong technical knowledge of knit garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper garment fitting, technical evaluation of samples, and maintaining required quality standards throughout the sampling and production stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate garment fit, measurement, and construction during sampling stages.

• Review size specifications, patterns, and technical packs to ensure correct garment fitting.

• Conduct fit sessions and provide technical comments to improve garment fit and comfort.

• Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure correct measurement standards and grading according to buyer requirements.

• Identify potential fit or construction issues and provide technical solutions.

• Prepare fit comments and reports in English for internal and buyer communication.

• Maintain proper documentation of fit approvals and technical corrections.
