Education: - Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor in any discipline. Diploma in EEE is also preferred.

- Experience with Smart Phone Repair devices is a Plus.
- Preferred Experience:
- Candidates having prior experience in any mobile brand-authorized service center (especially in customer service and handset repair) will be given high preference.
Responsibilities & Context: Why This Role is Important:
This is a dual responsibility role. We are looking for a smart and skilled individual who can handle both customers facing tasks (front desk) and technical smartphone repair (back-end) or he/she must have the sound knowledge regarding the mobile phone spares. The goal is to ensure that our service center runs smoothly with faster customer service and quality repair all managed by one capable person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Receive faulty handsets and log customer complaints.
- Generate job sheets and provide estimated delivery time.
- Keep daily records of customer visits and feedback.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
- Technical Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones (hardware & software).
- Fix issues like display, charging port, battery, mic/speaker, software, etc.
- Test all devices post-repair before delivery.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts and usage.
- Update repair status in the system regularly.
