Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment & selection process
∎ Assist in the employee onboarding process
∎ Assist in HR Operations
∎ Update and maintain employee/mentor/student’s files.
∎ Coordinate in learning & development.
∎ Assist in employee offboarding.
∎ Responsibilities related to Admin.
∎ Response Incoming and outgoing phone calls.
∎ Welcome Guests and send them to the concerned person.
∎ Supervise Office hygiene, security, canteen, and office supply-related works
∎ Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests
