Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the right Quality Management System to ensure the quality of the finished product.
∎ Determine Operational and Performance Qualification.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system, quality compliance, inspection, and audit.
∎ Initiate new ideas, processes, or systems to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Profound knowledge of textile weaving and production processes.
∎ Need to finalize the quality analysis report and discuss quality concerns.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.
∎ Communicate with the concerned department to resolve technical issues to achieve the desired quality.
∎ Resolve technical issues and bring solutions.
∎ Having good knowledge about wrap weaving.
∎ Identify and apply the best suitable process to development issues.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management
