∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Block boutique printing, Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive standard quality raw materials & necessary chemicals as per job/order from store when applicable.
∎ Assist to ensure effective planning and monitoring for timely production delivery.
∎ Oversee to prepare sample and take approval from the authority.
∎ Check and assure the products quality during printing & dyeing production process.
∎ Receive produced products from previous section and handover next section after production through counting & ERP posting ensuring proper quality checking.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of block, softness of mud in the box, dryness and softness of the cloths.
∎ Send the finished products for dryer and washing.
∎ Assist to develop the screen frame as per design and check the positive of design.
∎ Collect the screen frame as per design and ensure color as per sample during production.
∎ Preserve the screen frame and other materials safely.
∎ Discuss the weekly loading plan of printing & dyeing section with Supervisor.
∎ Prepare wages muster roll & register book and entry the pass book of the artisans in printing & dyeing section.
∎ Look after the artisan's attendance & absenteeism reduction of these sections.
∎ Collecting artisans from community as per target by moving door to door.
∎ Maintain any other job as assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Maintain any other job as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 6 working days
∎ Knowledge on quality assurance mechanism.
∎ Knowledge on cutting, tailoring, printing, products finishing etc.
∎ Knowledge about production management & planning.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Artisans Management

∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
