Job Context:

∎ The RB Implementer is responsible for the development of mission RB roadmap and implementation of the integrity framework, building staff RB understanding through briefings, trainings and content development and working to establish and ensure robust reporting processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Context monitoring and analyses
∎ Lead in conducting Responsible Behaviour and safeguarding risk assessments in mission and projects.
∎ Develop a mission specific RB roadmap, with a clear planning in close coordination with the Country Management Team, the Amsterdam RB Unit and Headquarters.
∎ Ensure and develop management awareness on the integrity framework and relevant national laws (liaising with legal counsel), including definitions of offences, reporting channels, escalation ladder, record keeping and confidentiality.

∎ Prevention and Awareness
∎ Support the HR Coordinator in building an RB prevention frame through delegated responsibilities - including:
∎ Develop an activity plan for the Mission Implementation of the OCA integrity framework (Code of Conduct and other related policies)
∎ Brief mission management team on Amsterdam RB Unit reporting requirements and responsibilities
∎ Prepare and facilitate awareness raising and sensitization sessions on RB expectations, reporting channels etc. (working in close collaboration with mission L&D manager where applicable). Evaluate and improve existing training content, ensuring updates to maintain relevance and context appropriateness.
∎ Act as an RB subject matter expert, developing and disseminating awareness raising and learning materials on the Code of Conduct and RB Frame (working in close collaboration with mission Learning & Development manager).
∎ Lead on recruitment and training in support of the establishment of a network of Confidantes at project and coordination levels.
∎ Carry out briefings, information and awareness sessions as part of the roll-out of the new OCA Code of Conduct in the field.
∎ Compile an inventory of local support services (Psychosocial Care Unit, services related to victims of sexual exploitation or assault, etc.) to be made available for staff.

∎ Feedback and reporting channels
∎ In collaboration with the Amsterdam RB Unit, establish Community Feedback Reporting mechanisms for RB related concerns.
∎ Establish and ensure robustness of processes for receiving, recording and escalating RB/safeguarding concerns through various channels.

∎ Inter-OCs collaboration
∎ Lead in representing OCA on RB and safeguarding in inter agency and inter OC spaces and discussions; ensure OCA is networked appropriately to learn from other OCs and other implementing agencies.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 83580 - 100296 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level 8 of the internal MSF salary grid, which is 83,580 BDT gross. Two annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents.
