Outlet operation management-40%
Ensure the smooth operation of designated E-Voucher 3 Outlets and 2 FFM at the Bhasan char camp.
Supervise and manage e-Voucher Outlet-based staff CMs to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Develop mobilisation plans and ensure their effective execution to reach targeted beneficiaries within specified timeframes.
Establish controlling mechanisms and enforce operating procedures for enhanced operational efficiency.
Provide technical assistance to the team and collaborate closely with retailers, staff, and other team members.
Build the capacity of Outlet staff, volunteers and RFSC to perform effectively.
Analyze daily transaction reports, compare them with plans, and manage beneficiary tracking in the database.
Ensure proper implementation of the E-Voucher operation and control redemption.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the outlet and FFM to ensure it is ready for food distribution.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at the outlet and FFM.
Ensure all activities at the outlet align with project SOPs, guidelines, and donor requirements.
Ensure all food commodities at the outlet align with WFP food quality guidelines. Monitor stock levels at the outlet and coordinate with the outlet operator for timely replenishment.
Document and report distribution data, challenges, and incidents to the Project Manager.
Submit daily outlet & FFM performance and inventory reports.
Regular field visit and timely feedback for the Mobilisation team for smooth operation.

Implement strategies to manage queues and avoid overcrowding at the outlet.
Respond promptly to any disputes or disturbances among beneficiaries.
Develop hourly basis distribution plan and execute
Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to outlet management processes.
Act as the contact point for resolving on-ground issues during distribution.
Update progress trackers and reports, support donor reporting, and develop feedback mechanisms.
Capture project challenges and assist in improving learning and sharing mechanisms.

Communicate with community mobilizers to track the arrival of beneficiaries in real-time-15%
Address mobilization delays or disruptions in consultation with community mobilizers and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain communication with community mobilizers for timely movement of right holders.
On-ground problem solving and maintain collaboration with IRB co-workers to keep distribution smooth
Ensure daily pre- and post-distribution meetings are held in the presence of outlet operation management.-15%
Conduct exit monitoring and exit interviews at regular intervals and to an acceptable number.
Assist the Help Desk official to resolve any beneficiary grievance in coordination with outlet operation management.
Maintain good collaboration with GO, NGO, Community, Retailer etc.
Provide information on visitors, their feedback and recommendations
Arrange monthly meeting with outlet Retailers and FFM small retailers.
Arrange Volunteers & RFSC meeting follow up their activity
Communicate with Majhi, SMS and other relevant stakeholder at camp level
Maintain different registers (e.g. movement register, pre-, post-distribution meeting minutes register, etc.) at outlet level

Ensure best practices in Gender Mainstreaming, PSEA, Protection, and Accountability to Affected Populations in the GFA program.
Support in the procurement of materials like requisition, follow-up, etc.
Support seasonal programs (Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization, etc. ) activities
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding. for establishing a safe working environment
