Responsibilities & Context:

The Associate Field Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of Amal Foundation’s projects in Bogura. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure that projects are delivered effectively, on time, and in alignment with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Planning (25%)

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

• Develop work plans, schedules, and timelines ensuring timely delivery.

• Align activities with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.

2. Team Leadership & Capacity Building (15%)

• Manage and supervise local project staff and volunteers.

• Provide mentoring, guidance, and on-the-job training.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation (15%)

• Build strong relationships with government officials, NGOs, private sector, and community leaders.

• Promote community participation in planning and implementation.

• Represent Amal Foundation in local coordination forums and events.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (15%)

• Track and evaluate project KPIs, outputs, and outcomes.

• Conduct regular field visits to assess progress.

• Submit progress reports, case studies, and success stories.

5. Financial & Administrative Oversight (10%)

• Support project budget preparation and management.

• Ensure responsible use of funds and assets.

• Oversee procurement and maintain compliance documentation.

6. Risk & Compliance Management (10%)

• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.

• Ensure adherence to donor regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements.

7. Innovation & Product Development (10%)

• Collaborate with industries/platforms for product development and marketing.

• Identify innovative approaches to strengthen project impact.
