Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization’s mission, projects, and fundraising efforts.The Officer will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting the organization’s growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing and communication plans as guided by senior team members.
Support branding consistency across materials and digital platforms.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, events, and project exhibitions to promote the organization’s initiatives and engage target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate brand awareness, audience feedback and assess the competitive landscape.
Use data-driven insights and report to management regarding marketing strategies and decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, partner organizations, and media outlets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts.
Support the preparation of presentations and communication materials.
Optimize website content, SEO, and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.
Update social media pages with regular posts, photos, and announcements.
Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and print materials.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Organize and manage events, including fundraising awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups to ensure success.
Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities and initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support the organization’s marketing and business development goals.
