Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiar with the Kobo/other online survey tools and methods of data collection.

  • Excellent coordination capacity with individuals, community group representatives, NGOs, and government officials. 

  • Familiarity with protection issues in WASH, gender & Inclusion in WASH and accountability to affected persons programming.

  • Knowledge of the UN system and the humanitarian community.

  • Excellent spoken Chittogonian or Rohingya, essential.

  • Excellent spoken and written Bangla and English.

  • Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Appropriate communication skill and approachable - Must have no history of violation of children rights Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.

  • Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.

    Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience, 2 years of which are in the humanitarian settings.

    Work Environment:

  • Must be able to do multiple tasks and willingness to travel in various locations of BRCR as required.



Responsibilities & Context:

The position ensures effective management of the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) by engaging operational staff and beneficiaries in timely feedback collection, reporting, and response. It supports accountability by informing communities of their rights and facilitating safe, confidential complaint handling in line with WVB policies. The role involves coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to address feedback, track satisfaction, and improve service delivery. It also includes monitoring CFRM registers, supporting data accuracy, and contributing to reports and case studies. Capacity building of volunteers and promoting safeguarding, PSEA, and child protection standards are integral to the role.

Key Accountabilities:

Feedback and complaints management:

  • Ensure operational staffs are engaged to receive, report and response on beneficiary’s feedback & complaints in regular basis following WVB data protection policy ·

  • Support beneficiaries by providing information regarding their right to be consulted, make complaints and provide feedback to WVB ·

  • Follow up on outstanding beneficiary feedback with relevant departments and beneficiaries ·

  •  Conduct AAP sessions including accountability assessment and learning sessions, when necessary, manage enumerator/facilitator team to conduct feedback sessions or other events like on-site distribution accountability ·

  • Work closely with TC-HP & GESI, IMO officer to develop/modify any CFRM related mechanism.

  • If there any issues related to the coordination, then it will be sent to Wash focal for next course of action.

  • The issue can be Wash or other which are need to refer to be referred, it should be follow up regularly.

  • Check At least 15% response feedback satisfaction level by door-to-door visit of feedback provider every month.

  • Follow-up all block-wise CFRM register for identification pending issue and take initiative to address the pending feedback with proper response ·

  • Randomly follow up block wise CFRM register for ensure proper and errorless CFRM report in KOBO by field staff. · Need to ensure World Vision WaSH AoR CFRM register maintain in same format ·

  • Handle feedback, complain by maintaining full confidentiality & safeguarding & PSEA issues as well.

Partnership and coordination:

  • Establish and keep liaison with CiC, SMS, and other partners/agencies including participation in the relevant workshops, meetings ·

  • Keep update WASH program manager on the camp level changes/issues (if any) ·

  • Ensure that World Vision is represented in camp level coordination forums and review meetings.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual report generation in accordance with the prescribed format.

  • Preparation of case study and success story on a regular basis. · He/ She will support to Hygiene promotion/water/sanitation if needed ·

  • Ensure that all reports and documents are kept in safe place under lock and key.

Capacity Building:

  • Facilitated capacity building of community volunteers/Community structures by coaching, training and workshop related to CFRM in WASH.

  • Facilitate programs to promote convention of the rights of child/child protection policy on children with especially person with disabilities in the community.

  • Any other task within his/her area of work assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
