Position Overview
Pure Earth is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Intern to support the daily administrative and financial operations of the Bangladesh office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to finance, accounting, and administrative processes within an international non-profit organization.
The intern will work closely with the Admin & Finance Officer and contribute to routine financial documentation, administrative coordination, and project-related tasks. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Support:
Assist in managing invoices and supporting financial documentation.
Support the preparation and processing of payment requests and vendor bills.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and physical formats.
Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and financial summaries for management review.
Ensure that all expense documentation complies with internal policies and donor requirements.
Administration Support:
Collect, organize, and analyze data to support projects and decision-making processes.
Maintain office records, files, and official correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
Conduct basic research on relevant topics to support operational improvements and recommendations.
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Facilitate effective communication within and across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Participate in training sessions, awareness programs, and team meetings to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting, or any relevant subjects
Skills Required
Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
Knowledge of invoice processing and financial documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Sound practical knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft office
Ability to think and plan strategically and creatively
Ability to develop and deliver on goals; quick learner, identify priority activities and assignments; and problem-solving skills in adjusting plans and activities as necessary.
Experience Requirements
Experience in similar work for six (06) months is a plus.
Voluntary experience in a position of treasurer, or event manager in any charity organization or institution is a plus.
Monthly Stipend: BDT 20,000
