Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)

• Age 25 to 45 years

·         Good knowledge and clear understanding on host/camp community programs.·         Sound understanding on the context of Rohingya Response & Protection issues.·         Ability to work in challenging environments.·         Have good understanding on Humanitarian Response & standard.·         Have good understanding and practice on safeguarding & PSEA policy

·         Mainstream gender and women’s empowerment across livelihoods and MPWC programs.

·         Conduct gender analysis and assessments to identify needs, barriers, and opportunities. Collect, analyze, and report sex- and age-disaggregated data.

·         Mobilize communities on gender equality and livelihood activity.

·         Build the capacity of staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries on gender, safeguarding, and PSEA practices.

·         Document case studies, success stories, lessons learned, and reports.

·         Ensure safe spaces and strengthen accountability for gender-based concerns.

·         Coordinate with government, NGOs, women’s groups, and community leaders.

·         Participate in planning, training, field reviews, and coordination in camp/ host forums.

·         Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor, aligned with project objectives.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

Adhere to JNUS's Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.

Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.

Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.
