Experience:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in humanitarian or community based programming, preferably in Rohingya response.
• Strong understanding of protection principles, safeguarding, and accountability to affected populations.
• Experience in community mobilization, facilitation, and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing contexts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English; knowledge of the Rohingya dialect is an asset.

1. Programming & Implementation
Facilitate CBP activities including awareness sessions, referrals, and psychosocial support.
Assist in preparing activity plans, schedules, and beneficiary engagement tools.
Ensure timely delivery of field activities and report challenges to supervisors.
2. Monitoring & Reporting
Collect and maintain field documentation (attendance sheets, beneficiary lists, feedback forms).
Provide regular updates on activity progress, risks, and community feedback.
Contribute to donor‑compliant reporting by sharing accurate field information and success stories.
3. Beneficiary Engagement & Accountability
Uphold JNUS safeguarding and code of conduct principles.
Support community mobilization and communication strategies to engage diverse groups, including women, youth, and persons with specific needs (PWSN).
Promote awareness of JNUS’s Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM).
4. Coordination
Participate in regular team meetings and coordination forums at camp level.
Liaise with community leaders, camp authorities, and partner organizations to strengthen collaboration and avoid duplication.
Support linkages with other CBP sub‑projects (e.g., family reunification, safeguarding initiatives).
5. Safeguarding & Security
Act as a frontline safeguarding focal point, reporting concerns in line with JNUS procedures.
Maintain awareness of camp security dynamics and follow movement SOPs.
Build trust with communities to enhance acceptance of JNUS’s presence and activities.
