  • Age 25 to 40 years

·         AAL TOT/ or Master trainer training. Knowledge of Rohingya curriculum. ·         Humanitarian education standards. Familiarity with data collection, and reporting. 



Responsibilities & Context:

·         Support the project team in organizing the training workshops, operationalize the referral system.

·         Plan and deliver engaging, interactive and participatory literacy lessons for adult learners considering their culture, linguistic and educational background.

·         Integrate life skills, numeracy and vocational content into lessons where relevant to curriculam.

·         Help the project team in holding outreach events, day observations and awareness raising campaigns including community consultation sessions and community mobilizations.

 

·         Support the project team in administering service mapping, needs assessment and organizing inception meetings

 

·         Introduce the MPWC program and its services to the local people and the goals of the program.

 

·         Formation and strengthening the functioning of Self-help groups.

 

·         Identify and register vulnerable women, semi-skilled or unskilled with the livelihood programme of the project.

 

·         Create positive relations with community through regular meetings and informal discussion for identifying and addressing vulnerable women, semi-skilled or unskilled.

 

·         Coordination with local authorities at the Camp and host level, build relations with the community leaders including Rohingya Majhis and local government authority.

 

·         Timely prepares and submits of work plans and required reports.

 

·         Ensures networking and coordination of activities with other stakeholders and partners.

 

·         Motivate women in community-level and to mobilize them to take active part in MPWC Program.

 

·         Rolling up the training to the volunteers and others staff.

Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.

Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.
