Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Social Work or Social Welfare or Sociology or Development Studies or any other relevant subject.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in General Food Assistance, community mobilization, facilitation, data collection, and food distribution.

Ensure listing of the project participant according to the IR Principle and the guideline of General Food Assistance-30%
Assist in the planning, organisation, and implementation of GFA activities (in-kind food distribution, e-voucher, or cash-based transfer)
Exclusion and inclusion information collection and data update
Daily visits to distribution points in the e-voucher outlet
Timely follow-up/Tracking of the beneficiaries and mobilisation.
Follow up on the quality and quantity of foods regularly
Support in updating the database to prepare the actual project participant list
Support finalising the project participant by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities due to exclusion and inclusion.
Implementation Project interventions-20%
Manage and organise General Food Assistance participants
Support the implementation of General Food Assistance activities at the community level.
Organise pre and post-distribution meetings with stakeholders, food and ensure quality service.
Support to prepare mobilisation tokens and distribution door-to-door.
Ensure logistics for food distribution
Prepare the Mobilization token and muster roll of distribution
Support to the distribution of relief materials at Bhasanchar
Monitor food distribution sites, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to WFP standards.
Mobilize the FDMN community-20%
Conduct awareness sessions in connection with smooth transactions, quality checking, CFRM issues, and entitlement.
Organise sensitisation and mobilisation meetings with beneficiaries for quality food and service.
Crowd management and hour-based token mobilisation.
Provide information for the Help Desk for complaints and feedback from FDMN HHs
Promote community engagement and awareness of WFP’s assistance processes.
Appropriate networking and coordination with different stakeholders
Effective communication with Majhi, SMS, RFSC at the FDMN community in Bhasanchar-10%
Support complaint and feedback mechanisms to ensure beneficiaries’ concerns are addressed.
Involve Majhi and government representatives in the implementation of the project

Collect updated data and track beneficiaries for exclusion or inclusion.
Collect and verify data on distributions, beneficiary feedback, and market prices (if cash/ e-voucher).
Conduct field visits and prepare to visit reports with the recommendations

Analyze the progress of children well-being data collected from the field

Maintain the stock book, inventory and other essential registers properly and timely in an effective manner
Safeguard against fraud, misuse, or diversion of food/cash assistance.

Support in the procurement of materials like requisition, follow-up, etc.
