Experience:

Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably Social Science, Nutrition, Public Health, MBA, or MBBS.

• Ten years’ experience in nutrition/health, especially maternal and child health, including 4 years in a managerial role; experience in nutrition/public health marketing or program implementation is an added advantage.

• Maximum age 40 years (may be relaxed for deserving candidates).

• Coordination and communication skills with network members, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

• Excellent proficiency in documentation, report writing, analysis and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications suite.

• The Manager, MMS Project will coordinate and monitor project implementation under the direction of the Team Leader (DGM).

• The role includes supporting strategy development and marketing approaches for MMS Project 2.0, overseeing project activities, ensuring ANC service quality, and expanding access to MMS through OGSB, general practitioners, SMC network providers, NGOs, and

• The incumbent will organize scientific seminars, symposiums, and CME programs with medical associations and key opinion leaders at District and Upazila levels.

• The role also involves coordinating capacity-building initiatives for public and private service providers, including SMC’s Star Network, monitoring field activities, and preparing analytical monthly reports.

• Additionally, the Manager will ensure timely submission of donor and management reports and maintain close coordination with Program Division departments and field offices to support effective implementation of MMS interventions.
