Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contact centre

  • Ensure lead generation & stakeholder engagement to identify, engage, and nurture leads from all platforms, including digital and referrals

  • Ensure monitoring, evaluation & reporting

  • Maintain client communication & experience

  • Ensure internal coordination with stalwhniters

  • Ensure proper management of technology, system and compliance
