Key Responsibilities
Manage contact centre
Ensure lead generation & stakeholder engagement to identify, engage, and nurture leads from all platforms, including digital and referrals
Ensure monitoring, evaluation & reporting
Maintain client communication & experience
Ensure internal coordination with stalwhniters
Ensure proper management of technology, system and compliance
