Skills Required: Communication and interpersonal skill,COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT,Computer Troubleshooting,Database Administrator (DBA),Monitoring and Reporting

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Experience of working with any reputed development organization, especially on field-level activities for at least 3-5 years.

  • Experience working with IOM/UN will get preference.

  • Good Communication skills

  • Sound knowledge in managing local govt. & stakeholders collaborating project of a nature.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Specialized experience in Trafficking in national or international organizations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills: familiarity with MS Word, Excel etc.

  • Knowledge of the local context in the Rohingya community.

  • Ability to work with a team.

  • Age limit will be considered for an experienced person.

  • Fluency in relevant languages (English, Bengali), sound knowledge in Rohingya language will get preference. 



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop and Implement M&E Plans, Tools, and Indicators

  • Develop and implement the project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, including indicators, targets, and data collection methods in line with project objectives and donor requirements.

  • Design M&E plans and ensure proper tracking of outputs, outcomes, and project impact.

  • Develop data collection tools such as questionnaires, monitoring checklists, assessment formats, and reporting templates.

  • Ensure alignment of project indicators with donor guidelines and organizational monitoring systems.

2. Data Collection, Verification, and Analysis

  • Coordinate the systematic collection of project data from field teams, partners, and service providers.

  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess project performance and progress toward targets.

  • Support baseline, midline, and end-line assessments as required by the project.

3. Data Management and Database Maintenance

  • Maintain and update project databases using digital tools such as Kobo Toolbox, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other digital platforms.

  • Ensure secure storage, management, and accessibility of project data.

  • Monitor data entry processes and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.

  • Provide technical support to project staff on data collection tools and digital data systems.

4. Progress Reporting and Donor Reporting Support

  • Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports based on monitoring data.

  • Support preparation of narrative and analytical reports required by donors and project management.

  • Provide data summaries, statistics, and evidence-based findings to support program decision-making.

  • Ensure timely submission of reports in accordance with project timelines and donor requirements.

5. Monitoring Visits and Evaluation Activities

  • Conduct regular field monitoring visits to review project activities and verify reported results.

  • Provide feedback to field teams on data quality, reporting accuracy, and program implementation.

  • Support internal and external evaluation processes, including coordination with consultants and stakeholders.

  • Document findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for program improvement.

6. Support Learning, Documentation, and Project Improvement

  • Facilitate learning sessions and reflection meetings with project teams to review monitoring findings.

  • Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned from project implementation.

  • Support adaptive management by recommending improvements based on monitoring data and analysis.

  • Contribute to knowledge management and organizational learning processes.

7. Ensure Data Quality and Compliance

  • Implement data quality assurance procedures and conduct periodic data audits.

  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, data protection policies, and confidentiality requirements.

  • Promote accountability and transparency in monitoring and reporting processes.

8. Capacity Building and Technical Support

  • Provide training and guidance to project staff and partners on data collection tools, monitoring systems, and reporting requirements.

  • Strengthen staff capacity in results-based monitoring and evidence-based reporting.

  • Support project teams in understanding and using M&E findings for program improvement.

9. Other Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in tracking project performance against work plans and indicators.

  • Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, and visual data summaries.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Program Manager.
