Education:
Masters from any recognized university in Business, Economics, and Agricultural Sciences including agribusiness disciplines with minimum second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

Minimum 07 years of agro based project working experience in the development/business sector on results-based project management.
Strong knowledge of agricultural value chains and climate-smart agriculture
Understanding of market-based programming and livelihood development
Project planning, budgeting, and implementation skills
Stakeholder networking and partnership development ability
Training facilitation and capacity-building experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with donor-funded development projects (preferred)
