This position responsible for implementation of CAIPP, Supervise CFM desk & CFM volunteers. Liaison with CIC, other agencies, submits daily KOBO, and maintains other reports of CFM desk, Beside maintaining logbook, and documentation of all activities is mandatory. Lastly the purpose of this post is to establish Community based complaint feedback mechanism.
Manage the CFM desk & supervise the CFM Volunteers
Implementation of CAIPP
Ensure ticket quality up to 100%, zero error in dashboard
Ensure all the visibility & IEC materials of CFM desk
Maintain protection principles strictly in every sphere of his/her daily work
Update service mapping, Population dashboard, Monthly request and feedback dashboard
Be present at the desk at least ensure one volunteer is present during staff’s absence
Share key messages and information shared y UNHCR, Be updated all the time
Ensuring outreaching to the community hence promoting the awareness of the CFM desk in the area of operation
Ensure a locked cabinet/Almari etc to keep all the documents confidential
Maintain strong liaison with CIC and relationship with other service providers of the desk
Building on local “Knowledge bank “that will lay down foundation in Providing updated FAQs, and relevant information of the SOP of different sectors
Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
