Responsibilities & Context:

Field Facilitator:

• The Field Facilitator is the direct project staff at the field level. The purpose of this position is to facilitate and implement project activities at the field level, as outlined in the project description format and the agreement with IOM Bangladesh, in accordance with BJMAS management guidelines and applicable administrative and financial rules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate awareness-raising sessions on counter-trafficking issues in the Rohingya camps and host communities in the Cox’s Bazar areas.

• Maintain communication with site management, camp authorities in the Rohingya Camps, and local government, police stations, and relevant organizations in host communities.

• Support the Upazila Coordinator in all aspects of project implementation and development as needed.

• Prepare daily event reports, monthly reports, and other reports as required or assigned.

• Respond immediately to the needs of any trafficking victims identified by BNWLA in the refugee camp and/or host communities in the Cox’s Bazar areas.

• Maintain communication with site management, protection actors, and appropriate authorities in the refugee camp, local government, police stations, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Represent the organization at meetings, seminars, and forums as requested.

• Prepare weekly and monthly individual plans for implementation.

• Conduct any other activities required by BJMAS management.

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by management.

• Submit money requisitions and receive money advances as needed.
