Master’s degree in any discipline or MBBS from a reputed institution

• Eight years’ experience in training and development management, with a strong track record in designing and implementing effective training programs and familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities

• Maximum age 40 years (may be relaxed for deserving candidates)

• Proficient in MS Office application suite

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a strategic and creative approach to work

• Willing to undertake extensive field visits nationwide

• The Deputy Manager, Training will support MMS Project 2.0 by developing and managing individual and group training programs under the supervision of the Team Leader (DGM).

• The role includes updating training materials and manuals, applying effective training methods, and ensuring all programs remain current and aligned with project goals.

• The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and deliver high-quality training, manage training resources, and oversee MMS-related training for SMC’s Star Network providers (BSPs, GSPs, PSPs).

• Close coordination with the Program Division’s Training and Service Delivery Department will be required to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of all training activities.
