Experience:
Master’s degree in any discipline or MBBS from a reputed institution
Eight years’ experience in training and development management, with a strong track record in designing and implementing effective training programs and familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
Maximum age 40 years (may be relaxed for deserving candidates)
Proficient in MS Office application suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a strategic and creative approach to work
Willing to undertake extensive field visits nationwide
The Deputy Manager, Training will support MMS Project 2.0 by developing and managing individual and group training programs under the supervision of the Team Leader (DGM).
The role includes updating training materials and manuals, applying effective training methods, and ensuring all programs remain current and aligned with project goals.
The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and deliver high-quality training, manage training resources, and oversee MMS-related training for SMC’s Star Network providers (BSPs, GSPs, PSPs).
Close coordination with the Program Division’s Training and Service Delivery Department will be required to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of all training activities.
