Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory management, or humanitarian logistics preferred.
Strong grasp of stock management tools and warehouse documentation.
Ability to manage labor teams and operate under camp conditions.
Familiar with GRN, stock card systems, dispatch forms & physical count methods.
Proficient in MS Excel, Kobo/ODK forms, and basic reporting.

Job Summary
The Associate – Warehouse Management will support daily warehouse operations under the LPG and NFI distribution project, ensuring proper receipt, storage, tracking, and timely release of stock to the distribution points. The role is responsible for stock inventory management, documentation, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the logistics team and Officer- Distribution Management to ensure uninterrupted supply for scheduled distributions. The position ensures that all recordkeeping, stock control, and reporting follow accountability and audit-compliant standards.
Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
Warehouse & Stock Management (80% of time)
Maintain updated warehouse records including GRN, stock cards, bin cards, delivery notes, and issue vouchers.
Ensure safe storage, stacking, and handling of LPG cylinders, NFIs, and relevant materials.
Conduct routine stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile with distribution records.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety measures inside warehouse premises.
Support transportation planning, loading/unloading, and stock dispatch to distribution points as per schedule.
Coordination & Logistics Support: (10% of time)
Liaise with Officer–Distribution Management for stock release approvals and distribution demand planning.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse volunteers, and labor to manage logistics and material movement.
Ensure proper record of in/out movement, batch number, and return stock tracking.
Report low stock levels and warehouse supply needs in advance to avoid operational interruption.
Support emergency supply mobilization when multiple distributions run simultaneously.
Documentation, Reporting & Compliance: (10% of time)
Maintain digital and hardcopy inventory registers with accuracy and audit-ready documentation.
Prepare daily warehouse stock reports, balance sheets, delivery logs, and share with supervisor.
Ensure compliance with UNHCR/Sector protocols on warehouse and asset management.
Support ActivityInfo and monthly distribution reporting with accurate stock data.
Ensure labeling, tagging, and segregation of stock by item type, distribution plan, and DP location.
Relationships: S/he will report to the Officer – Distribution Management. S/he will work as a team member in this project.
