• Masters in Management, Social Science, Development Studies, Gender studies or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.

Experience

• Minimum 03 years’ experience in relevant field.

• Experience in working with children and youth, Education , Gender-based violence, Prevention of Child Marriage interventions

• Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.

Job Responsibility

Technical Officer-SRHR will be responsible for implementing project interventions at the school and community level. S/he is responsible for ensure program quality and documentation for the Pathorgata and Bamna Upazila (Sub-district). S/he will advocate for strengthening the school and community based child protection through networking and collaboration with relevant civil society organizations, school management committee, school authority, duty bearers and other institutions at the Upazila levels.

Major Deliverables:

• Providing support for achieving annual objectives and targets for the Pathorgata and Bamna Upazila.

• Monitors program implementation in school and community level for achieving results.

• Supervises and provides supports to the Field Facilitator-SRHR of the Pathorgata and Bamna Upazila for developing their plans and rolling them out.

• Ensures compliance with the Gender and Safeguarding policies in implementing the project; works as the Child Protection Focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation.

• Providing support to all team members and develops their capacity.

• Reports to the Project Coordinator.
