Job Location

• Union-based position under Pathorghtaand Bamna Upazila of Barguna Districts.

Role Purpose:

• The Field Facilitator – SRHR will be responsible for conducting ranking exercises to identify targeted adolescents at the village level. S/he will facilitate regular group sessions and provide support and guidance on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop work plans for community-based interventions in collaboration with Union Parishads, Community Clinics, and Union Health & Family Welfare Centers (UH&FWCs).

• Conduct regular sessions for COC and CSE groups.

• Provide technical support to promote SRHR issues at the community level.

• Work closely with adolescents, youth, parents, community leaders, and other gatekeepers to raise awareness and address harmful social norms related to SRHR.

• Report to the Technical Officer – SRHR assigned to the respective Union.

• Conduct regular visits to COC and CSE groups and provide ongoing support and guidance to pear leaders.

• Maintain effective liaison and coordination with local government institutions and relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit regular activity reports and updates as required.

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of project activities related to SRHR.
