Job Location
Union-based position under Pathorghtaand Bamna Upazila of Barguna Districts.
Role Purpose:
The Field Facilitator – SRHR will be responsible for conducting ranking exercises to identify targeted adolescents at the village level. S/he will facilitate regular group sessions and provide support and guidance on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop work plans for community-based interventions in collaboration with Union Parishads, Community Clinics, and Union Health & Family Welfare Centers (UH&FWCs).
Conduct regular sessions for COC and CSE groups.
Provide technical support to promote SRHR issues at the community level.
Work closely with adolescents, youth, parents, community leaders, and other gatekeepers to raise awareness and address harmful social norms related to SRHR.
Report to the Technical Officer – SRHR assigned to the respective Union.
Conduct regular visits to COC and CSE groups and provide ongoing support and guidance to pear leaders.
Maintain effective liaison and coordination with local government institutions and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and submit regular activity reports and updates as required.
Support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of project activities related to SRHR.
