Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related discipline from Public/National University along with Minimum 02 years’ experience in relevant fielding the rural context.

  • Minimum 02years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
  • Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
  • Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject. 
  • To select youth, meet with leaders, provide support training.
  • Identify potential beneficiaries and assist in organizing skill development training on trades etc.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing business plans for small enterprises.
  • Facilitate entrepreneurship development, savings group formation, and market linkage.
  • Support monitoring of income-generating activities and collect success stories.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to ensure sustainability of livelihood activities.
  • Raise awareness on climate change impacts and disaster preparedness within the community.
  • Promote climate-resilient practices, such as sustainable agriculture and clean energy
  • Build strong relationships with community leaders, local government.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, attendance, and reports.
  • Participate in planning meetings, training, and review workshops.
  • Ensure gender, inclusion, and child protection principles are reflected in all activities.
  • Submit timely monthly reports, case studies, and success stories.
  • Any other job assigned by project personnel of RDF

Desirable Requirements·     

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·      
  • Strong understanding and adequate experience on Safeguarding of Children and Project Participants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.     
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·       
  • Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
  • Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.

  • Able to provide critical insight, seek feedback from multiple parties and is willing to adapt behavior where necessary·       
  • Relates well to all kinds of people, acknowledges the contributions people make and demonstrates integrity in dealing with others·

  • Identifies critical people in any decision process, has developed a range of different approaches and selects the appropriate style for the situation 


Responsibilities & Context:

Contract Duration: Upto 31st December 2027 (the employment contract for this position is renewable on annual basis subject to availability of fund)

Full Time (Contract Basis).

Tentative Joining Date: URGENT (Preferably from 01 April 2026)
