MASTUL Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Manager, Institutional & Charity Grant Fundraising & Partnership. This pivotal role is dedicated to attracting significant global funding, with a primary focus on securing grants from international non-profit foundations, major global charities, and institutional philanthropic organizations.

​You will lead the strategy and execution of our international fundraising efforts, ensuring sustainable resources for our vital programs empowering communities across Bangladesh. You will be instrumental in expanding MASTUL's global network of non-profit partners and securing multi-year funding commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Fundraising Strategy: Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive fundraising plans specifically targeting international non-profit foundations, philanthropic trusts, INGOs, and major global charities.

  • ​Grant Acquisition: Lead the full grant lifecycle, including intensive research, strategic identification, high-quality proposal writing, and submission of complex grant applications to non-profit institutional funders.

  • ​Partnership Cultivation: Cultivate, steward, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international non-profit donor representatives, program officers, and institutional partners.

  • ​Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with program teams to translate on-the-ground impact into compelling, evidence-based narratives, budgets, and project plans that align with the strategic priorities of international philanthropic organizations.

  • ​Compliance & Reporting: Ensure meticulous compliance with international grant reporting requirements, donor guidelines, and ethical standards specific to non-profit funding.

  • ​Leadership & Support: Provide strategic support to the Director in overall fundraising operations, departmental management, and expanding MASTUL's presence within the global charity and development funding landscape.

Education

  • Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Social Science (MSS) / Masters of Social Science (MSS)

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Development Studies (MDS)

Experience

  • At least 10 years
