ডেটা এন্ট্রি ও টাইপিংঃ বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য বা ফাইল নির্ভুলভাবে কম্পিউটারে ইনপুট দেওয়া এবং টাইপ করা ।
অফিস অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ব্যবহারঃ মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড, এক্সেল এবং পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট ব্যবহার করে রিপোর্ট , স্প্রেডশিট বা প্রেজেন্টেশন তৈরি করা ।
সিস্টেম মনিটরিংঃ কম্পিউটার হার্ডওয়ার , সফটওয়্যার ঠিকমতো কাজ করছে কিনা তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা ।
ইমেইল ও যোগাযোগঃ অফিসের ইমেইল আদান প্রদান করা এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা ।
