Experience:
Candidates must possess any of the following degrees from a recognized university/institution:
MPH (Master of Public Health), MBA,MA,MSS,MSc
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in hospital management, healthcare organizations, NGOs, public health programmes, or related sectors.
Experience in hospital operations, programme management, satellite clinic supervision, and field coordination is mandatory.
Candidates having practical experience in maternal & child healthcare service management, community health programme implementation, CSP supervision, health camp management, and healthcare administration will receive preference.
Preference will be given to candidates experienced in:

CSP (Community Service Provider) monitoring

The Manager (Programme & Hospital Management) will be responsible for the overall management, supervision, coordination and monitoring of hospital operations and programme activities of Alekjan Maternity & Child Welfare Centre.
The position will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth hospital administration, quality patient service, maternal and child healthcare programme management, satellite clinic supervision, CSP monitoring, health camp implementation, reporting, staff supervision and community engagement activities.
The selected candidate must possess strong leadership ability, operational management skills and field-level programme coordination experience to effectively manage both facility-based and community-based healthcare services.
Major Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Hospital Operation Management
Oversee and supervise daily hospital operations including OPD, maternity services, child healthcare services and support services.
Ensure smooth patient registration, consultation, treatment, referral and follow-up process.
Monitor patient flow, service quality, operational discipline and healthcare delivery efficiency.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, paramedics, administrative staff and support staff to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services.
Ensure implementation of hospital policies, SOPs and management decisions.
2. Programme Management & Coordination
Plan, coordinate and monitor maternal, neonatal and child healthcare programme activities.
Ensure effective implementation of programme plans, targets and field-level activities.
Prepare monthly activity plans, implementation schedules and programme updates.
Identify service gaps and recommend improvement strategies to management.
Coordinate awareness programmes, screening activities and community-based healthcare interventions.
3. Satellite Clinic Supervision
Supervise satellite clinic operations under Alekjan Maternity & Child Welfare Centre.
Ensure proper service delivery, attendance, patient registration, reporting and referral system at satellite clinic level.
Conduct regular monitoring visits and prepare supervision reports.
Monitor patient flow, service quality and community response of satellite clinics.
Ensure coordination between hospital management and satellite clinic teams.
4. CSP Monitoring & Field Coordination
Supervise and monitor CSPs (Community Service Providers) working under the Centre.
Review CSP field activities, patient referral system and community follow-up services.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with CSPs to review progress, challenges and future action plans.
Monitor field-level performance, attendance, reporting and communication activities.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting by CSPs.
5. Health Camp Planning & Implementation
Plan and organize health camps, maternal health camps, child healthcare camps, screening camps and awareness programmes.
Prepare camp calendar, manpower plan, logistics support plan and patient mobilization strategy.
Coordinate doctors, nurses, field staff, CSPs and local stakeholders for successful implementation of camps.
Ensure proper registration, consultation, referral and follow-up services during camps.
Prepare camp-wise reports and outcome documentation.
6. Staff Supervision & Administrative Coordination
Supervise medical, nursing, paramedic, administrative, field and support staff.
Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and accountability.
Prepare duty roster and monitor work distribution.
Identify staff performance gaps and recommend necessary improvement measures.
Support management in maintaining effective teamwork and operational discipline.
7. Reporting, Documentation & Data Management
Prepare monthly, quarterly and management reports.
Maintain accurate records of hospital services, programme activities, satellite clinic operations and field-level activities.
Ensure proper documentation, data management and timely report submission.
Analyze service trends, patient flow and programme performance.
Maintain official files, attendance records, registers and monitoring documents.
8. Community Engagement & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with local health authorities, NGOs, community leaders and partner organizations.
Strengthen community engagement and healthcare awareness activities.
Promote maternal and child health services among rural communities.
Strengthen referral linkage from satellite clinics, CSPs and camps to the Centre.
Represent the organization professionally during meetings and coordination activities.
