Experience:
Masters in any relevant subject from any UGC approved reputed university/ institution.

This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, quality assurance and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and donor requirements. This role involves supervising field teams, ensuring quality education delivery in Learning Centres, and addressing operational challenges. The position also focuses on financial management, safeguarding compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, the Deputy Project Manager plays a key role in identifying operational risk factors, reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies and education stakeholders.
Guide and supervise project officers and field facilitators to achieve sectoral objectives.
Ensure the execution of the school operating plan and oversee the logistics of the learning centres and overall management. implement, monitor, and ensure quality assurance of project activities in alignment with organizational strategies and donor requirements.
Liaise with the local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC appropriately.
.Arrange and facilitate regular sectoral meetings with SPOs, TOs, and field facilitators to ensure aligned program execution.
Identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly.
Assist with audits and MEAL processes to track program effectiveness and ensure the program meets donor requirements. Ensure quality assurance of project activities in alignment with organizational strategies and donor requirements. Develop and oversee the effective execution of the Project Monthly Action Plan at the field levels.
Supervise and support Senior Project Officers (SPOs) and Field Facilitators (FFs) in managing Learning Centres (LCs), including teaching-learning processes and resource availability.
Identify and address potential operational risks and challenges, such as teacher shortages, infrastructure issues, or community conflicts.
Ensure all LCs are fully functional with adequate materials and trained facilitators
Oversee the training, mentoring, and capacity-building of Senior Project Officers, Field Facilitators and teaching volunteers.
Identify gaps in program quality and recommend corrective actions through data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the budget utilisation for program activities, ensuring efficient financial management.
Develop forecasting reports to anticipate financial needs and prevent under /overspending.
Act as the key liaison between the organisation, government agencies (CiC, site management), local authorities, and education stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to project managers and donors.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, achievements, and challenges.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
