Organizational Background
Badabon Sangho is a women’s rights organization that works to promote women’s rights to land, water bodies and natural resources, climate justice and gender-based violence. Using gender transformative approach, it builds women’s groups, federations and movements, so that women can raise their voices and claim their rights. Badabon Sangho is only working with marginalized unregistered women groups and workers like fisherfolks, farmers, Harijan, slum dwellers, garments workers, displaced women, survivors, indigenous and migrant workers to promote social justice.
Position Purpose
The Enterprise Manager will lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of the women groups-led income-generating enterprises, primarily the handicraft shop and Badabon House. The position will responsible to provide best services and value-based services.
This role is central to the organization’s mission of social justice. S/he will drive handicraft products innovation, market expansion, and group-led revenue sharing while ensuring all activities center groups, fair trade principles, and empowerment outcomes. The incumbent works closely with Coordinator, Admin and Accounting team to make annual plan and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the handicraft shop and Badabon House to ensure seamless integration of skill-building programs with services.
Manage inventory, supply chain, quality control, and production/service processes with a focus on artisan welfare, fair wages, and sustainable sourcing.
Lead competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to position enterprises competitively in local, national, and international markets.
Develop and monitor budgets, financial projections, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise sustainability and profitability.
Marketing, Sales & Partnerships
Design and execute marketing strategies including digital campaigns, social media, exhibitions, and partnerships that highlight the stories of women artisans and the feminist impact of purchases.
Build strategic partnerships with retailers, NGOs, corporate clients, and international fair-trade networks.
Expand online presence (e-commerce platform development and management) and explore export opportunities.
Collaborate with the trainer team to design and produce handicrafts products.
Prepare regular reports for the Bethua’s board members and Coordinator
