Experience:

Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community-based program implementation, preferably with case management and SRHR knowledge.

Organization Overview:
Barinagar Society for Social Welfare (BSKS) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-communal, and non-profit local development organization established in 1988. BSKS works to reduce the suffering of poor and disadvantaged people and improve their socio-economic conditions, giving priority to persons with disabilities, women, and children in all development initiatives.
BSKS is implementing the “Body Talk 2.0” project in Jashore district, with financial and technical support from Liliane Fonds and the Centre for Disability in Development (CDD). A key focus of the project is SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights), ensuring access to accurate information and services while promoting informed decision-making about one’s body and reproductive health. The initiative aims to empower children and youth with disabilities and promote a more inclusive, safe, and accessible society.
Job Overview:
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing individual cases, coordinating services, and providing support to children, youth, and families, especially those with disabilities. The role focuses on assessing needs, ensuring access to services, advocating for clients, and fostering empowerment and inclusion. The Case Manager will work closely with project staff, families, and community stakeholders to deliver holistic case management services.

Reporting To: Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and intake for children, youth, and families, and develop Individual Care Plans.
Coordinate access to health, education, social, and SRHR services.
Monitor cases and follow up to ensure services are received and outcomes achieved.
Provide social and psychosocial support to children, youth, and their families.
Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.
Advocate for the rights and needs of children and youth with disabilities at community and institutional levels.
Facilitate referrals to appropriate government, NGO, and community-based services.
Collaborate with project staff and volunteers to ensure inclusive and effective service delivery.
Support Individual Development Plans incorporating SRHR, health, and empowerment goals.
Assist in organizing community awareness sessions, workshops, and other relevant events.
Provide mentoring and technical support to project staff on case management.
Respond to emergency or crisis situations and provide timely support.
