Experience:
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Social Science, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or any other relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project support, development sector, healthcare administration, or education-related programme management.
• Candidates with strong communication and reporting skills will get preference.
Additional Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
• Good command in MS Office applications
• Good report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
• Willingness to travel when required
• Sincere, proactive, and well-organized personality
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting programme coordination and related activities of:
• Marium Eye Hospital and its branches
• Alekjan Maternity & Child Welfare Centre
• Satellite Clinics and CSP-related programmes
• NNZ-Quasem School (English Medium)
Major responsibilities include:
• Assisting in programme planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Coordinating with branches, clinics, schools, and relevant stakeholders
• Collecting, compiling, and preparing programme reports and summaries
• Drafting official documents, emails, notes, and meeting minutes
• Supporting programme events, visits, reviews, and follow-up actions
• Maintaining records, trackers, and documentation
• Performing other tasks assigned by the management/supervisor
Job Location
Quasem Foundation Head Office with required coordination/field visit across concerned units.
