Principal Responsibilities
Key Result-1: Support the Finance and Administration of the Area
Support Area Program activities by sharing the responsibility of being the point person for the Area Program on finance with the Area Program Manager.
Check and sign area cash register, provide documents against collected bill/program advance cash, etc., and oversee payment processes as per organizational policies and procedures.
Responsible for financial record-keeping and reporting, preparing budgets, and managing expenditures.
Provide monthly journals (CD, CR, PC, PA, GJ) to the respective Country Office Finance Officer/Finance Manager.
Provide support during internal audits conducted by the Country Office as well as the Global Office.
Assist the procurement committee in following and upholding the organization’s procurement systems and processes; and
Train and build up the capacity of field staff regarding financial tasks; train them to be more proactive and supportive toward the program finance.
Key Result-2: Reports and Records Maintenance and Assistance
Maintain and update the Area Program Finance checklist and Balance Certificate regularly and report to the Manager- Finance and the Manager- Area Program.
Assist the MAP and Community Team Leaders with developing, writing, and preparing reports.
Manage, maintain, and ensure the security of all area office records, including digital copies of official government records, notices, announcements, and contracts.
Provide records and/or files when requested, ensuring confidentiality and the security of all records.
Provide monthly reports to Country Office Finance department to fulfill VAT and TAX authority requirements.
Take the necessary steps to ensure the security of the office.
Key Result -3 : Support Area Staff and Stakeholders
Support the MAP with the preparation and monitoring of the area program budgets.
Support the MAP and HR Director by maintaining, updating, and submitting staff records.
Maintain and routinely update a local area suppliers list for future reference; and
Support the MAP in his/her absence by providing officials and visitors with the requested information.

Maintain and manage individual goals to ensure objectives are achieved.
Pursue ongoing training in the form of seminars, conferences, and online learning opportunities, and
Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures and live out the organization's values.
Key Result -5: Safeguarding Responsibilities
Promote the prevention of sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, trafficking, shaming, bullying, or any type of harm among communities, program participants, team members, and partners.
Facilitate Safeguarding messaging with communities, program participants, team members and partners to raise awareness and promote the reporting of safeguarding issues through Community System for Accountability and Feedback (C-SAFE) and EthicsPoint.
Act as a reporting avenue for safeguarding issues, and facilitate relevant resources (safety, security, well-being) to survivors in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
