• Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of medicine stock and distribution in pharmacy & other unit according to requisition.

• Maintenance of medicine stock register, bin-card, fixed asset register during received and stock out of medicine and any consumable items.

• Cross checking list of Unit wise short expiry items and fixing dispose schedule with maintain proper documentation as per policy through informing Program Manager.

• Medicine receives from HO and other vendors through courier service.

• Prepare medicine, surgical items, consumable items, and stationary items etc. requisition as well as fund requisitions as needed in coordination with program manager and submit to him

• Giving hands in Patient Registration and in Pharmacy when needed.

• To counsel patient and patient attendance regarding surgical procedure and take consent for operation.

• To Supervise BCC mobilization, patient collection during SHC (Secondary Health Camp).

• To Responsible for preparation of action plan budget consult with PM and submit to PM during SHC.

• To Record patient personal information during SHCs.

• To Maintain the cleanliness of the tent both inside and outside during SHCs

• To receive Foreign Guest from airport during SHCs

• To Assist in the arrangement of referred patient transfer and doing all the necessary things for the patients during SHCs

• To provide monthly regular medicine and health camp medicine requisition to Program Manager considering medicines quality and cost effectiveness.

• To maintain communication with HO to ensure procure and supply of health product within time. 

• To make daily quality checklist with ensuring assets status (functional or not) – Daily.

• To record medicine stock status through FMS software.

• To coordination with site selection team before ship movement from one location to another.

• To attend Training on Capacity, build up sessions/Training on Clinical aspects, Monthly Coordination meeting, meeting with regarding Clinical Issues, monthly performance and visits etc. arranged by Program Manager.

• Assist in Eye OT when needed.

• Any work assigned as per advice of higher authority.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. approved Institution.

• Should have license from Bangladesh pharmacy council.

• Experience in managing medicine stores for 2 years.
