Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that football fields and other sports grounds are properly prepared and maintained with the support of other colleagues.

• Arrange regular team-building sessions and activities to strengthen teamwork, cooperation, and communication among players.

• Promote positive sportsmanship among players by resolving conflicts and addressing any inappropriate behavior in a timely and fair manner.

• Support project monitoring and evaluation activities by collecting data, tracking progress, and ensuring activities align with project objectives.

Activities:

• Ensure all sports equipment is available, safe, and properly functioning for training and competitions.

• Ensure compliance with all sports regulations and ethical standards, including rules related to anti-doping policies.

• Follow and uphold the organizational Code of Ethics and professional standards at all times.

• Carry out administrative duties assigned by senior management when required.

• Organize, coordinate, and provide overall support for project activities in consultation with project management while following government guidelines.

• Properly store project materials, maintain records of equipment usage, and keep track of any damaged or lost items.

• Maintain a transparent complaint and feedback mechanism at least twice a month, ensuring the complaint box remains accessible during project activities.

• Conduct home and block visits in the camp and communicate regularly with parents of secondary school students to strengthen community engagement.

• Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of project facilities, playgrounds, and the Mobile Sports Library on a daily basis, ensuring all sports equipment remains clean and safe.

• Facilitate referral services to ensure sick or vulnerable children receive appropriate support and services.

• Coordinate with school authorities to schedule training sessions and sports activities effectively.

• Prepare periodic project reports, activity updates, and documentation for management.

• Maintain regular coordination with relevant stakeholders including camp authorities, school management committees, and local administration.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Physical Education degree/or Bachelor degree in any discipline required from a recognized educational institute. 

• Special training/ Expertise on playing football with national level.

Required Experience:

• At least 2 year(s) in field

Skill and Competencies:

• Age 25 to 55 years

• Male is preferable

• Good level of communication Skill

• MS Word, MS Excel
