Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Natural Resource Management (NRM), or a related discipline.

• Age At least 25 years

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role within refugee camp, humanitarian, or large-scale infrastructure development settings.

• Plantation & NbS Activity Management with the Guidance of Project Officer

• Support the implementation of plantation, reforestation, biological slope stabilization, and other Nature-based Solutions (NbS) activities in accordance with approved technical guidelines and project work plans.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality and progress of plantation and environmental rehabilitation activities.

• Assist the Project Officer in identifying suitable sites for plantation and NbS interventions.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to beneficiaries during plantation, maintenance, and biological slope stabilization activities.

• Ensure proper implementation of biological slope stabilization measures, including correct planting methods, spacing, and maintenance practices.

• Monitor the survival and growth of planted vegetation and report any challenges affecting intervention success.
