Educational Qualifications:

Master's degree in SociaI science/LLM/ English/Development

Studies, or a related subject.

Years of Experience:

4 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within GBV Case Management under UNHCRfunded programmes.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • o Proven skill in training facilitation and familiarity with the guiding principles of GBV.

  • . Proficiency in Engtish and Chattogram dlatect.

  • . Experience using GBVIMS+,

  • . Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Responsibilities & Context:

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the position of CP Supervisor-GBV for implementing 'Education and Protection for Refugee Community (EPRC) Project' funded by UNHCR, located at Ukhiya & Teknaf Cox’s Bazar)

Position Title: CM Supervisor-GBV

Duration: 01 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Job Location: Ukhiya/Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.

C. Key Areas of Performance/ Responsibility/ Accountability:

a) She/he will assess the case management officer on GBV case management skills and

design appropriate training topics.

b) She/he will conduct training to case management officers, volunteers, and other

stakeholders with pre- and post-tests for evaluation and ensure GBV mainstreaming.

c) She/tre will closely coach the case management officer for the process of capacity

development in all facilities.

d) She/he will ensure Supervision of the case management officer by maintaining different

supervision tools.

e) Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow-up ofall referred cases.

0 She/he will ensure and submit a monthly compiled Incident Report (IR) and Activityinfo

report to GBVIMS and cross-check data for validation.

g) Submit Client feedback survey after case closing.

h) Represent Program activities to LTNHCR, Senior Management, External visitors, and

GBV Sub Sector.

i) She/he will maintain coordination with different stakeholders, including CIC, Legal,

Health, MHPSS, and Site management for the referral pathway.

j) She/he will submit individual action plans with an accomplishment report to the respective line supervisor.

k) Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and

exploitation to achieve the program's goals for safeguarding implementation. Act as a

key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

l) Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

C:2 Reporting & Documentation

o Ensure all meeting minutes/training resolution/reporting with indicator-wise activities in the respective camps.

o Collect daily. Weekly. monthly, and quarterly data from colleagues, store properly, and submit the data to the respective person for reporting.

. Compile the Weekly & Monthly Report and submit it to the supervisor

C: 3 Coordination & communication

o Coordinate with stakeholders, including CIC and other NGO's to enable and develop

GBV programming in Camps.

o Attend meetings on behalf of the GBV program as relevant or requested.

o Maintain good communication with Govt. personnel and other working partner of the

camp.

o Maintain professional coordination and collaboration with HR, Finance, Logistics and

Procurement team members to ensure required items are available in the field on time.

Safeguarding & PSEA:

  • S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.

  • Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
