Experience:
a Minimum Post-graduate degree with a 4-year bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food science/food & nutrition science or public health from any reputed public university.
Experience:
Minimum 07 years of practical experience in NGO/INGO at the same or similar positions.
03 (Three) years’ experience must be in the Rohingya Response.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years (on 25th March 2026) but experience and age may be flexible for highly potential candidates.
• Around 5 years’ progressive experience in Community nutrition programs in a similar position in NGO/INGO or UN agency).
• Technical knowledge of Community management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) and IYCF programming.
• Experience and knowledge of team management.
• Having good knowledge of Rohingya refugee programs will add value.
• Having vast knowledge on global and national protocols and guidelines on nutrition.
• Demonstrate ability to think and manage strategically, plan and meet deadlines.
• Analytical knowledge in Dada analysis and Data visualization.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal as well as Bangla.
• Proficient knowledge of standard computer software.

Primary Objective: Responsible for the technical performance and oversight of Integrated Nutrition Interventions (INI). This includes technical development and implementation of CMAM, CMAM-I, OTP, TSFP, BSFP, IYCF-E, and outreach components across camp and host communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Ensure the technical quality of all nutrition components (CMAM, OTP, TSFP, etc.) adheres to project design and standard protocols.
Monitor service delivery to ensure mainstreaming of cross-cutting themes: Gender, ESS, PSEA, CP, Inclusion, and Accountability.
Adapt nutrition job aids and IEC materials in coordination with management.
Identify training needs; facilitate capacity building, mentoring, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for frontline staff.
Support the development of nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive proposals, concept notes, and budgets.
Represent SHED in technical working groups and camp-level coordination forums.
2. Knowledge Management & Reporting
Support the timely submission of high-quality monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports (factsheets, newsletters, and quantitative/qualitative data).
Collaborate with MEAL to document best practices, lessons learned, and project achievements.
Ensure facility staff maintain standard tools and documentation as per donor agreements.
Regularly assess service quality, sharing findings and improvement plans with management.
Review monitoring data to initiate corrective actions for program improvement.
3. Representation, Coordination & Advocacy
Act as the primary technical point of contact between SHED and external stakeholders.
Serve as a co-lead in the CMAM Technical Working Group (TWG) and represent SHED in other relevant TWGs.
Strengthen linkages between nutrition and other sectors through active participation in workshops and meetings.
Advocate for nutrition program standards and contribute to promotional and communication materials.
Facilitate cross-learning and documentation of program experiences.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Conduct frequent quality monitoring visits to field sites and implement technical improvement plans.
Partner with the MEAL team to maintain beneficiary databases and reporting tools.
Lead monthly technical progress reviews and develop actionable follow-up plans.
Develop and maintain quality assurance mechanisms and tools.
Proactively intervene in areas where technical quality indicators require increased support.
5. Organizational Compliance & Safeguarding
Comply with and orient staff on SHED policies: HR, Finance, Logistics, Security, and PSEA.
Ensure the Complaints, Feedback, and Response Mechanism (CFRM) is functional and accessible to the community.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding program data and participant information.
Uphold the SHED Staff Code of Conduct and Programme Participant Protection Policy to prevent exploitation.
6. Additional Duties
Lead SHED’s research and internship activities.
Support rapid needs assessments during emergencies and complex evaluations.
Deputize for the Program Manager in their absence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Distribution:
Field Work: 60% (Supportive supervision, OJT, monitoring).
Desk Work: 40% (Reporting, training, meetings).
