Experience:
Educational Qualifications:
Master's degree in Data Science or lnformation Management,
Statistics/Monitoring & Evaluation or a related field.
Year of Experience:
At least 3 years of experience
in Data Management/Monitoring & Reporting, and
analysis in humanitarian or development Project
Mandatory Requirements:
. Strong knowledge of M&E tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
. Experience in data analysis,visualization, and report writing.
. Familiarity with refugee contexts and accountabitity standards.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools (e.g.- SPSS, Power Bl), and databases.
. Proficiency in English Communicatlon (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the Officer-Monitoring & Documentation for implementing `Education and Protection for Refugee Community (EPRC) Project` funded by UNHCR, located at Ukhiya & Teknaf Cox’s Bazar)
Position Title: Officer-Monitoring & Documentation
C. 1. Key areas of Performance/ Responsibility/ Accountability:
a. Design and implement Monitoring and Data management tools and methodologies aligning with the project goals.
b. Conduct field monitoring visits to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards.
c. Collecting, analysing and reporting of qualitatives and quantatives data.
d. Implement mechanisms to ensure accountability to beneficiaries, including feedback systems.
e. Organize learning sessions and workshops to share findings and recommendations.
f. Facilitate the development of case studies, lessons learned, and best practices.
g. Prepare monthly narrative reports, 5W, Activity Info, Education summary matrix and other reports as per project need.
h. Design and manage databases to store project data securely and efficiently.
i. Ensure timely submission of donor and internal reports with accurate and relevant data.
j. Generate visualizations and infographics using Power BI and other tools.
k. Perform data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis using SPSS and Excel.
l. Train project staff on data collection tools, systems, and processes.
m. Ensure adherence to data protection and management standards.
C: 2. Technical Activities and Coordination:
a. Having a complete understanding of EPRC project operation and management.
b. Develop monitoring tools and techniques for EPRC Project jointly with central team.
c. Implementation monitoring system in the field; collect and ensure quality baseline survey data for project.
d Conduct/Assist research/survey on education Project as needed.
e. Prepare quantitative and qualitative narrative reports in both English and Bengali.
f. Ensure data is accurate, reliable, timely, complete and precise in compliance with CODEC policies.
g. Monthly data collection, analysis, assist and data upload in web from the field to support periodic monitoring report for the project.
h. Provide IT related technical support based on project need.
A. Deliverables:
· Comprehensive monitoring and data management tools tailored to the project.
· Monthly narrative reports, 5W, Activity Info, Education summary matrix and other reports as per project need.
· Case studies, lesson learned reports and feedback analysis.
B. General:
· Willing to work any natural disaster or emergency anywhere in Bangladesh.
· Any other task related to the program assigned by the Supervisor.

S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)`s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
