  • Master`s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.

  • Diploma in HR/Personnel Management will be considered as an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management.

  • Experience in NGO or microfinance organizations will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Bangla and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and HR databases.

  • Knowledge of modern HR practices, performance management systems, and labor laws.

  • Understanding of gender equality and workplace safeguarding principles.

Job Summary

GHASHFUL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager-HR to lead and manage the organization’s human resource functions. The position will oversee HR planning, recruitment, staff development, performance management, HR compliance, and employee relations to ensure effective HR systems aligned with organizational goals and national labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job advertisement, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Ensure transparent and merit-based recruitment and proper staff deployment.

  • Oversee retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with national labor laws.

  • Coordinate staff performance appraisal processes and monitor timely completion.

  • Identify staff training needs and support capacity development initiatives.

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.

  • Promote a positive work environment and address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

  • Provide payroll-related information and support compensation management.

  • Prepare periodic HR reports and provide HR data for management decision-making and audits.

  • Ensure proper documentation and preparation for internal and external compliance audits.

  • Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure effective HR operations.
