Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Designing, Planning, and Monitoring-30%
Contribute to developing a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) plan in alignment with project objectives, outcomes and outputs.
Implement context-driven monitoring tools, plan to strengthen the information management system and reporting mechanism within the project in line with the IR MEAL framework.
Support coordination with WFP to monitor site selection, beneficiary profiling, conduct different need assessments, FGDs, KIIs, and community consultations
Contribute to preparing the project implementation plan (PIP), considering the proposal and local context to achieve set goals and objectives
Assist in overseeing quality control processes for units, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.
Regularly follow up on the project activity, financial status, and work progress and report to management.
Conduct MEAL findings sharing session at the field level with respective project teams.
Ensure a team environment by supporting program staff in implementing project activities and establishing high-quality performance targets, ensuring adherence to technical standards, best practices, and donor guidelines.
Support the planning of periodic project reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders,
Assist in coordinating regular evaluations and quality checks with WFP and other relevant stakeholders.
Distribution activity monitoring and reporting (Outlet & Fresh Food Market – FFM)

Contribute to baseline, mid-term, and end-line to assess project impact on food security and livelihoods within the targeted FDMN population.
Conduct post-distribution monitoring (PDM), share the findings and recommendations to internal and external lines
Conduct a community satisfaction survey and cultivate their perception of the newly initiated in Bhasan Char
Contribute to analysing the cost-efficiency of local to off-island processing.
Help develop case studies and success stories highlighting project achievements and lessons learned
Assist in preparing findings for review meetings and contribute to integrating learnings into ongoing project adjustments.
Participate in process evaluations and support addressing bottlenecks in production
Contribute to documenting project lessons learned and best practices.

Assist in managing the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) to promote transparency and accountability in project operations
Assist in ensuring the integration of gender equality, protection, and disability inclusion principles in project monitoring.
Help document and communicate lessons learned from GFA operations, storage, and market engagement.
Support the implementation of safeguarding policies in project operations, ensuring compliance with WFP safety, protection, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in organising community meetings and participatory assessments to maintain feedback loops and address concerns.

Support the use of digital tools such as WFP’s SCOPE and MODA systems for recording production metrics and participant data.
Contribute to preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and final reports to WFP, detailing project progress and lessons learned.
Assist in analysing beneficiaries' data to identify trends and opportunities for improving efficiency and quality control.
Support the documentation and reporting of warehouse and facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and food quality standards at the outlet.
Contribute to compiling and verifying the accuracy of data related to production targets, material usage, and process losses.
Assist in preparing donor reports, ensuring all required data is captured and submitted accurately and on time.
Ensure data collected adheres to strict confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness standards, in line with WFP’s data management policies.
Contribute to maintaining detailed records to beneficiaries and tracking their feedback.
Assist in developing user-friendly data visualisation tools and dashboards to present key findings and monitor project progress.
Provide support in organising data for audits and external reviews to ensure transparency and compliance with donor requirements.
