∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Experienced in working in Poultry Feed Mill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods as per defined protocols, regulatory standards, and company specifications. The role is essential to maintain feed quality for poultry to ensure optimal animal health and performance.
∎ Receive, collect, and label samples of raw materials upon arrival and finished products as well.
∎ Perform physical and chemical analysis.
∎ Approve or reject raw materials based on test results and specifications.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all test results.
∎ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Oversee and execute repairs, adjustments, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
∎ Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop solutions for recurring issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
∎ Supervise maintenance contractors and service providers as required.
∎ Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and energy conservation.
∎ Train and support machine operators in basic maintenance activities.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and R&D for quality-related matters.
∎ Support product traceability and recall operations when necessary
