Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to explore the potential markets for new business opportunities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate present market trends and able to make a business plan.
∎ Cost calculation price negotiation with the buyer. Follow up with a buyer for the price, sample & capacity/space booking feedback.
∎ Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
∎ Play leading role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
∎ Research and identify growth opportunities and new customer onboarding.
∎ Supervision production related all activities of printing department of the factory effectively & efficiently
∎ Drive the monthly production plan as per schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline;
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of printing production;
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences and any other instructions;
∎ Give necessary technical solution to solve the print difficulties;
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of ten years' experience in the reputable printing factory(s), with at least two years in the advertised position.
∎ Expert in marketing and negotiation skills
∎ Should be well-versed in all types of knit garment printing
∎ Should have knowledge of modern printing machines and technology, dyes and chemical applications.
∎ Should have proven leadership & Planning skills
∎ Should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Have the capacity to maintain effective communication & coordination with related departments
