• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food & Nutrition

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 35 years

• Must have clear understanding of sauce automation machinery and production processes

• Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

• Motivate and guide team members to achieve production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Evaluate performance and arrange skill development initiatives to improve team capability.

• Continuously analyze production processes and introduce improvements to enhance output and reduce operating costs.

•   Oversee production line activities to confirm adherence to quality benchmarks and hygiene standards.

•   Take prompt action to resolve any production or machinery-related problems to minimize downtime.

•   Ensure that all finished products meet internal quality standards before release.

•   Coordinate closely with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments to address quality-related issues.

•   Maintain proper control over raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring timely supply through coordination with the Procurement and Store teams.

•   Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage.

•     Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.

•     Keep updated records of daily production output, downtime, wastage, and other operational KPIs.

•     Prepare periodic reports for management highlighting progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

•     Review and update production documentation.

•     Analyze production costs and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.

•     Maintain close coordination with other departments such as Procurement, and Logistics for uninterrupted workflow.

•     Actively participate in management review meetings to discuss performance, improvement areas, and future plans.

•    Any other task assigned by the management.
