Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 20 years (Minimum 15 years with woven garment factory experience).
∎ Capable to run a Factory individually.
∎ Computer & English literacy is must.
∎ Have the confidence to handle a 20 lines woven factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire production operations in the woven garments’ unit.
∎ Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet company goals.
∎ Ensure proper manpower, machines, and materials to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance production efficiency.
∎ Establish and enforce quality standards across all production processes.
∎ Lead and mentor the production management team and staff.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
∎ Oversee the production budget and manage production costs effectively.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
∎ Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and overstocking.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability.
∎ Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in production processes.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
