∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, BSc. in Paper Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, BSc. in Paper Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CHEMIST, Operation, Production/ Operation Management, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Paper, Packaging Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have sufficient knowledge in over all supervision and operation of the Factory including administration, Production Planning & Implementation of the Factory.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic production plan and its implementation.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.

∎ Evaluate productivity of the plant and introduced new strategies to enhance productivity, Reduce operational costs and implement advanced safety measures.
∎ Provide material specifications and other requirements for procurement.
∎ Ensure Quality production and look after over all quality control.
