Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed knit composite textile mill.
Strong understanding of fabric manufacturing processes, knitting, dyeing, and finishing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and reporting ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job context :
The Fabric Coordinator will ensure smooth communication among the knitting, dyeing, merchandising, and production teams to track fabric status and ensure on-time delivery as per TNA and production plans.
job responsibility:
Coordinate and follow up with fabrication, knitting, dyeing, merchandising, and garment production teams to ensure timely fabric delivery as per TNA and production requirements.
Track fabric production timelines from raw materials to finished fabric and ensure on-time supply to the garments division.
Collect daily job-wise details of knitting and dyeing fabric production & delivery status.
Provide updated reports to the merchandising and garment production planning teams about fabric readiness or any potential delays.
Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, pending delivery, and shipment schedules.
Identify and report any TNA or production timeline issues to the management.
