∎ Graduate/Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating and Establish quality management system in the factory Store to Shipment (Knitting, Dying & Printing)
∎ Create SOP, Organogram, Flowchart, and JOB Description.
∎ Ensure product safety (Chemical, Mold Prevention, Sharp object control, Machine calibration)
∎ Provide technical support in the areas of product pre-delivery inspection, goods inwards, and production line quality support activities.
∎ Attend and report at regular improvement meetings, providing secure preventative actions to external and internal quality related concerns.
∎ Create training schedule and arrange training program according to training program.
∎ Follow-up and support Buyer RM-QAFA audit, technical audit & factory internal audit in every aspect.
∎ Create monthly and yearly internal audit schedule.
∎ Secure all audit findings and Prepared CAP against Internal/Buyer audit (Product audit, Process audit, trail audit, RM-QAFA audit).
∎ Raw Material supplier audit and their Performance evaluation to ensure product quality
∎ Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
∎ DHU and top3 defects analysis along with Root cause and CAP analyze on 5ME//5Why method.
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
∎ All others task assigns by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 1/2 years' experience as Executive in overall Quality & Technical audit.
∎ The applicant should have experience in overall Technical /Quality Management System/System Process Development requirement.
∎ Able to work independently
∎ Good communication with Bangla & English (written/verbal)
∎ Must have Computer knowledge
∎ Sound technical knowledge in overall Quality & Technical audit
∎ Should have well behaved, honest and able to work timely
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal and communication skills.
